I recently had the pleasure of staying at Norfolk Garden Rooms, and overall, it was a mixed experience. the value proposition of the hotel was decent, offering amenities such as free toiletries, electric kettle, and flat-screen TV. the room itself was clean and well-maintained by the housekeeping staff, which was a definite plus. However, there were a few drawbacks to note. the absence of air conditioning was a letdown, especially during the warmer months. the welcome drink was a nice touch, but the jacuzzi was not as relaxing as I had anticipated. On the upside, the garden area was charming, and the outdoor dining options were a lovely way to enjoy the fresh air. the bar/lounge area provided a cozy spot to unwind in the evenings. Overall, Norfolk Garden Rooms offers a decent balance of cost and luxury, but there are definitely some areas for improvement to enhance the overall guest experience.
